Returns & Refunds
At Contest Hub, we strive to ensure that every prize is of the highest quality and meets our customers’ expectations. However, if you are not satisfied with your prize, we have a no-refunds and no-returns policy in place.
Returns & Exchanges
Once the prize has been awarded, it cannot be returned or exchanged. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they are satisfied with the prize before accepting it.
The customer is responsible for handling the delivery of their prize. Once the prize has been delivered, it is the winner’s responsibility to ensure that it is handled with care and stored safely.
The prize must be claimed within 30 days of the winner being announced. If the prize is not claimed within this period, the winner forfeits their right to the prize, and it will be awarded to the next eligible winner.
